Second time buying this this is actually good to use during your workout add a scoop off creatine and your good to go

It came quick next day flavor is good and value for money but my only negative thought is that it came with the inside seal removed when I opened it but not sure if I will be ordering again for this reason. I will be reading the other reviews before I place an order for this product again.

Normally you get half a container full of this type of product. When I opened this is was full to the brim which was a good surprise! Not used them long enough to see any actual results yet but I’m hopeful.

Good quality and amount for the price but be warned it turns your teeth, lips, tongue 😝 bright blue, only drink at home or you will be walking round looking like you ate a smurf!

Got strawberry flavor – sadly doesn’t taste nice so had to get another bcca to mix with.
